Our blueberry cheesecake ice cream is a flavor New Yorkers travel long and far to enjoy. We've turned our super rich and very popular blueberry cheesecake ice cream into a 6” ice cream-based blueberry cheesecake! That's right...think about a super decadent cheesecake and now picture taking a bite of that cheesecake as ice cream. We make a chewy and perfectly sweetened graham cracker crust, layer our smooth cheesecake ice cream on top and then top it with a fresh blueberry gelée. Each slice is frozen because it's ice cream!

NOTE: We require a two-day notice on all cake purchases. If orders are made on Thursday or Friday, the cake will be available for pick up on Monday and Tuesday, respectively.
