Is the loyalty program free to join?
Yes — enrollment is free. You automatically start at the Neighbor tier when you sign up.
How do I move up tiers?
Tier advancement is based on visit frequency and points earned. Details will be available at launch.
What platform is the loyalty program on?
The program is being built through Square. You'll be able to manage your account in the Square app or at the register.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 1 year.
Can I earn points on online orders?
Yes — points can be earned on in-store and online orders placed through Square.
When does the program launch?
