Our blueberry cheesecake ice cream is a flavor New Yorkers travel long and far to enjoy. We've turned our super rich and very popular blueberry cheesecake ice cream into a 6” ice cream-based blueberry cheesecake! That's right...think about a super decadent cheesecake and now picture taking a bite of that cheesecake as ice cream. We make a chewy and perfectly sweetened graham cracker crust, layer our smooth cheesecake ice cream on top and then top it with a fresh blueberry gelée. Each slice is frozen because it's ice cream!
NOTE: We require a two-day notice on all cake purchases. If orders are made on Thursday or Friday, the cake will be available for pick up on Monday and Tuesday, respectively.

We’re adding our carrot cake ice cream cake to the growing list of ice cream flavors that we have turned into cakes. We make our carrot cake ice cream with our cream cheese ice cream base and then add layers of carrot cake made with carrot juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and walnuts for six layers of heaven. The result is an delicious pairing of carrot cake ice cream with carrot cake topped with a cream cheese frosting. If you love carrot cake and ice cream, but have never enjoyed them together, look no further.
