REVIEWS

“Popped in after dinner and had such a delicious flavor of blueberry cheesecake. This location had so many unique options it was hard to choose. There was also passion fruit sorbet! I know Van Leuwen sometimes has these flavors but it's like usually sold out and I know cafe panna is hyped but this just felt tried and true. So enjoyable I forgot to take a pic! Staff was also very kind.”

“Superlative!!! Unusual flavors, tasting helps you choose, and the teen who served us yesterday (I want to say his name is Cody, but I'm not 100% on that) was delightful to chat with. Right after we got our indulgences, double scoop for each of us, it got pretty busy. Great to see a family business thrive!”

“I always come here and it is always a great time. They always give samples and I have gone to both locations in Harlem. It is a small business and a definite go to for ice cream. They have seasonal flavors and the staff is always very friendly and patient. I came recently for an event which they held and it was a great time. I recommend this place for everyone. The place is welcoming to everyone. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.”

“So, first of all, yes. And yes. And yes again. This place is an iconic Harlem business and I'm so glad I finally got to try it. I got a 2 flavor split cup and my partner got a single scoop and every flavor we tried was so delicious: strawberry basil with lemon curd, rosemary poundcake with apricot (their June special), and coffee with spiced brownie. I appreciate that their flavors are clearly crafted with thought and care; they really stand out from the basic chocolate/strawberry vanilla. The shop isn't huge so you may have to take to go unless you get lucky with seating. I'll definitely be back to try another kind as flavors rotate!”

“I came here after a concert recently & boy was it great! The staff there were so kind & patient with customers, the store itself has a cute ice-cream shop-like aesthetic, & their flavors are one of a kind! I tried the Hello New World flavor (cookies & caramel/dulce de leche) & I was half tempted to buy a pint of it so I could binge eat it when I got home. 10/10 experience; will definitely be returning to try their other flavors.”
